Had a great week long holiday in Malaysia from the 3rd to 9th Dec. We were in Genting, Petaling Jaya, Afamosa and Melacca. The boys didn't enjoy the rides in Genting as they seem to prefer nature and animals. We had a fun time at the new strawberry park in Genting. The boys plucked so many strawberries that Daddy ended up having to eat more than 30 strawberries during their plucking to avoid the weight surcharge of the strawberry basket! Ha! Maybe we should have gone to Cameron Highlands instead as I really miss the scones/tea at the lovely flower garden at Bala's Inn!
The shopping at One Utama at PJ was great. In fact, the shopping centre is actually conveniently linked to One World Hotel where we stayed. The boys enjoyed Afarmosa the best...especially the night parade at Cowboy town and the open-air ride at the safai zoo where animals come upfront and personal! We even had photos taken next to a real tiger etc. and that was quite an experience unlike our zoo in Singapore!
